What A Difference A Year Makes

On Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a fire warning for parts of the Adirondacks. Today there is snow and rain in the forecast.  What’s up with our wacky weather? And to illustrate just how out of whack our weather is compared to last year,  we were digging through the Schroon Laker Photo Archives and came across the above photo taken on March 27, 2011. Yes – that’s a very frozen lake (for the most part) and it sure still looked like winter. Sheesh! Got weather photos – or other photos ya wanna share? Email them to us at Schroonlaker@me.com
