So Much To Do in Schroon…So Little Time

Friday

Get down and rock at Witherbee’s Carriage House with live music by Fatdog at 7 pm.

The Big Rodeo Show. Ride ‘em cow boys and girls at this fun, family Schroon Lake tradition. Check out all the activities here. The fun starts at 7 pm @ Word of Life Ranch.

Schroon Lake Association meets at the Boat House Theatre at 8pm. A presentation by Mike Prescott on the “Effects of Schroon River on the Lake” and a talk by students about Schroon Lake Central’s Trout program.

Saturday

Billy Goat Gruff, a kids opera, presented by the Seagle Music Colony. Schroon Lake Central School at 10 am and 11:30 am. 518-532-7875.

Books, Books, more books and few CDs. You’ll never know what you’ll discover at the Friends of The Library book sale. Health Center Basement. 10 am – 2 pm.

Arts and Music in The Park, presented by the Schroon Lake Arts Council. Be dazzled by local artists works while taking in some smooth music. Performances by harpist Martha Gallagher and blue grass legends,  Modern Grass Quintet. From  1 pm in the Park.

Simplify Your Life.  Life coach Anne Gregson reveals the secrets to what we all strive for in True North Yoga’s very hip and cool new space on Main Street. 1 pm – 3:30 pm. Register @ 518- 810-7871.

Gokey’s Auction House.  Big lots and bargains. Preview at 2 pm with the bidding starting at 4pm. 518-532-9323.

Sunday

Get fit with your belly! Belly dance workshop at True North Yoga. Register @ 518- 810-7871.
