Schroon's Smokin’ Brunch

Ever since arriving in town a little over a year ago, Chris Palmatier and his partner Shelby Davis, have set out to change the taste buds of Schroon Lakers with their tantalizing offerings from their Mr. P’s Mountain Smokehouse and Kitchen Therapy Gluten Free Bakery.

From their blue cheese ‘slaw, to the best barbecue around, to mouth stunning gluten free treats, foodies near and far keep coming back for more. And this Sunday they are having their first ever brunch, with musical guest Curtis Becraft, playing from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm.

The center pieces of the brunch is a three egg omelet, ($8) which you then build into a thing of beauty.

Select an item from each category.  Your creation is served with seasoned home fries and honeyed cornbread (GF) -- of course!
