The Schroon Lake Weekend Guide 

Schroon Lake has another great weekend on tap, with a ton of fun to be had. Here is your guide to what’s happening around town. 

The new film at the Strand, which premieres tonight,is TED.  It’s rated R. Runs ‘til next Thursday night.

This week's Friday Morning craft project at the library – is Dream Big with a Make-n-Take Firefly @ 11 am. Pre-registration is required. 518-532-7737x13.

The Family Fun Night and Rodeo at the WOL Ranch is not to be missed.  Read our review, here. 7pm WOL Ranch, Route 9, Pottersvile.

Live music tonight with Eric Peter at 7pm at Witherbee's Carriage House.

Little Women, the Opera. Seagle Music Colony. We saw the show this week and loved it!  8 pm 518-532-7875.

Saturday

It’s the big Arts and Crafts show in the Town Park. More than 90 vendors will be selling their goodies from 10 am – 4pm.

Used Book Sale in the basement of the Hudson Headwater Building  from 10am – 2pm. Sponsored by Friends of Schroon Lake Library.

It’s the last time you can catch the opera, Little Women, tonight at the Seagle Music Colony. 8 pm 518-532-7875.

Sunday

Sing a long with Patti and Dave. This terrific program for kids is at the Boathouse at 1pm.

True North Yoga hosts another belly dancing workshop with Natalie. This week it’s “Veil Choreography”. 3 pm -4.30 pm. Call 518-810-7871 to register.
