Adam and Matt’s Excellent Schroon Lake Adventure

We first started following the fishing adventures of Adam and Matthew last February ,when we came across a video on You Tube posted by Matt highlighting their success on Schroon Lake and Schroon River. Well the boys are back with a new short film which chronicles their latest adventures looking for lakers over the Schroon Lake Ice Fishing Derby weekend.

And what an adventure it turned out to be. It involves beer, a venison steak breakfast, beer, a road trip to Cross Roads for bait, beer and an unfortunate incident when their car gets towed with a broken axle. But there is of course a happy ending here with the catch of a HUGE laker. Watch the video to see how they landed their big catch. Just a warning, the video features mild profanity, which comes about when the laker – measuring 24 inches – is finally bought through the ice.
