Blessed Are The Cheesemakers…

Not just a line from Monty Python's Life of Brian, but a mantra you should live by, especially when tasting the goodies from the Clover Mead Organic cheese makers.

At their table at Schroon’s Farmer’s market, you can sample a number of the cheeses they make with their grass fed Jersey cows.

On a recent Monday we sampled a very yummy smoked gouda and their very natural  -- preservative free – mozzarella. Check out them out, as well as the other fine artisan food makers, at today’s Farmer’s Market. 9 – 1pm @ The Town Hall.
