Among the many jewels in this crown of Schroon  are the dedicated folks – both in the public and private sector – who spend an enormous amount of their own time time making this a better place to live, work and play.

And you can see the names of those who have made a difference on a new plaque which hangs in the Schroon Lake Chamber of Commerce office on Main Street.

And nominations for this year’s Outstanding Citzen (or Group) of the Year are now open. If there’s someone you believe is worthy of this honor, the Chamber would like to hear from you.
