The tethered balloon ride, scheduled to lift off from Schroon Lake Central School parking lot on Saturday evening, will now have discounted tickets for kids 10 and under for $18, organizers of the Opening Weekend announced today.

The rides for adults will remain at $30. The ride is given by FAA certified pilot Todd Monahan from SunKiss Ballooning for a ride lasting approximately 10 minutes. Riders will go up to the height of a 15 story building.
