For months, many of us have stared at a pristine white sheet of ice, dotted by fishing holes and huts, criss-crossed by the tracks of dozens of sleds. We even witnessed the bizarre sight of a sail boat turned on it's side. Then it turned several shades of grey, as the temperatures warmed, just before the ice out. So it's just darn right refreshing to see the true blue of the lake again -- this time in a beautiful picture taken by Sara Neary, from the east side looking west.
